May a small program change the character of the waterfront of a whole city?
This is the aim of the canoe club project.

An exercise to literally bring to front the existing, almost heroic, activity of teaching deprived kids canoeing to create a subtle and elegant presence in an otherwise very blatant riverside.

The edifice evolved its shape not only to accommodate the practical necessities of the club, but specially to become a truly public platform to appreciate and promote related events.
